Join us for the annual Eating Disorder Professionals of Idaho (EDPI) Conference—a collaborative, knowledge-sharing event created to strengthen Idaho’s network of providers dedicated to eating disorder treatment and recovery. This year’s gathering will spotlight the expertise of local providers and the critical and complex medical component of treatment teams. Attendees will connect with peers and gain valuable, real-world insights from experts across every facet of eating disorder care.

Dr. Nicole Hawkins, PhD, CEDS-C, is a clinical psychologist and is the Chief Executive Officer at Center for Change. She is a specialist in eating disorders and body image and has provided clinical expertise at Center for Change since 1999. Dr. Hawkins developed a comprehensive body image program that focuses on the media, diet industry, plastic surgery, childhood issues, and learning to appreciate one’s body, and she leads these groups for the Inpatient and Residential patients at Center for Change. She is a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (Consultant), has published several articles, and presents regularly at national and regional conferences.

Janae Moss, MA, LMFT, of Faces of Hope is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Idaho with over a decade of experience in clinical leadership, trauma-informed care, and community mental health. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach. Janae currently serves as the Clinical Director at Faces of Hope in Boise, Idaho, where she develops clinical programming, provides supervision to therapists, and leads community education efforts focused on interpersonal violence and trauma-informed support. In addition to her leadership role, she provides therapy to adolescents, adults, and families and supports staff across multidisciplinary teams. Throughout her career, Janae has held multiple leadership and clinical roles in both California and Idaho, including positions in residential treatment, outpatient care, and intensive community-based programs. Her work has included clinical supervision, program development, staff training, and direct therapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families, particularly those impacted by trauma, exploitation, and complex mental health needs. She has also been actively involved in community collaborations and task forces addressing the commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC). Janae is trained in several evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy. Her work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting healing for individuals, families, and communities.

Dylan Carson, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDS, is the Director of Nutrition at Magnolia Creek (Odyssey) and a Registered Dietitian specializing in helping those with eating disorders. Dylan earned a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and went on to earn his Masters in Nutrition. Dylan started his career as a Registered Dietitian working with eating disorders at the residential, PHP and IOP level of care. This is where Dylan's passion for eating disorders and helping individuals recover from eating disorders began. Dylan also joins with experience working in the virtual PHP/IOP space as well as outpatient. He has experience working with clients with a wide range of nutrition needs including sports nutrition, diabetes management, disordered eating, and of course, eating disorder recovery. Dylan started his own private practice in August of 2025 and has served as the Director of Nutrition at Magnolia Creek Eating Disorder Treatment Center since September of 2025. Dylan is grateful to continue his passion of working with eating disorders through supporting the dietitians and staff at Magnolia Creek. In his spare time Dylan enjoys spending time with wife, Heather and son, Liam. Dylan loves movement, snowboarding in the mountains, hunting, playing with his son, and hanging out with friends.
